New Layout

Hey!

I just wanted to acknowledge that I do have a new layout. I just wanted to change things up a bit, since I'm starting a whole new quarter. Which is going quite nicely so far. I have already had my 8 a.m. speech class. The teacher is really funny and nice. I think Monday will be my favorite day. Although, I haven't had jewelry class yet (5 P.M.!!!) Just waiting for that.................

Tell me what you think of the new layout, color schemes and such.

Michael's Bird-day, Pingy Tourney, End of school!

I know, it has been a very long time since I updated. I have been VERY busy these last couple of weeks because of final projects and studying. Wow, it is 10:45 p.m., but it feels much later. OK, let me start from the beginning.....

Finals week
-Monday-
Presented my last 3D project, and I aced that thing. 98 baby, best grade I ever got in there. Yet again, I will put up pictures (i PROMise)

Then I had Art history, guh still hate that class and teacher. We studied.... Italian Gothic that day. Amongst other art history bleedy bleedy boop that I will forget by Survey II.

Tuesday -
Color theory, we were let go early

Wednesday - finally end of 3D and Art History, in which there were a final test in each

Thursday -
Last day in color theory, presented my crayon jewelry. I killed (everybody loved it) as Michael would say. Packed for home. Watched the very end of Mulan and all of the movie Enchanted.

Friday

went to bed at 3 a.m. to wake up at 6 a.m. to drive home.

Gah, the drive home was nice (good tunes, got to be alone, pondered things) but it was very long.
I set off at 7 and got home at 12:30.
I slept the day away till 5 to get an invitation to the Ping Pong Tournament in which I was in the bracket! I saw Julie for the first time in months! Well, more like 2 months, still it was a long time. Kyle won- no surprise there, although Alex and Jonathan put up a good fight. I went home at 1:30ish. I was SO tired. I had some good and much needed A.K.A time though.

Saturday-
Michael Scott's birthday celebrated one day earlier than usual because Julie left the next day :(
It was nice, but it was missing something. Probably the girl who was Stanely... jk.
After that I went out to eat at Outback with my Grandparents because it was my Grandfather's bday.
After that I skyped with grace. It was nice. She is coming home in a couple of weeks (April 1st)

Sunday-
I got some new shoes, and then I had dinner at Kathryn's house with Kacks & Garc.
I also miraculously improved on my ping pong skills.

On Monday I went to school to deliver Chick-fila. I was REALLY glad to see everyone.

Tuesday-Friday-
At the beach with my mom and grandfather. I had long walks on the beach with my mom. It was just so relaxing, and great. Had great food (compliments to my Grandfather and his amazing cooking), and became very informed on Global and National news (compliments to my Grandfather again for always having Fox News channel on).

Friday night-
I went out to eat with Alex and Kathryn and we ate at Spice then we played pingy

Saturday-
Traditional Bfast with the bots w/ pingy later
At noon I was picked up and on the road to Savannah.

So I'm back at school now, and it feels good. I wanted to come back a day early to just unwind and get back into the groove. Plus it feels really good to go to bed and not worry about ANY kind of homework I have. It's great.

I'll be coming home in a few weeks because Grace is coming home. I'll keep you posted.

Places I want to go

So nothing new is happening right now. Finals are coming up and classes are coming to an end (thank God). I can not express how happy I am about this quarter being over! Anyway, I wanted this post to be a collection of places I want to go to. In no particular order, here we go............

Swiss Alps skiing; I've never been skiing (hopefully that will change in a week or two)
Mecca; kinda risky right now, but I know about the history because of Art History. That would be a neat religion to look in to.
Rio De Janeiro, Christ the Redeemer statue; the lush green foliage of the hills next to the statue make it worth it.
Taj Mahal; another kind of dangerous place, but look at the detail!
Royal Pavillion in Brighton; neat indian/ russian minaret spin in England. It just looks so pretty there
Portofino, Italy; anywhere on the Italian coast for that matter, and the island of Capri
Versailles; a big dream is to go here.
Hapsburg Palace; I had the picture on here, but it disappeared; Grace got to see it, Brahms played for the court their. One of my favorite people Marie Antoinette lived here as a child.
